Dear candidate,
our client, international company in the machinery sector, is looking for a person full of energy and willing to learn, grow personally and professionally.
Your tasks shold be, but not only:
- Maintain the information system with the necessary data so that
everyone will know what´s going on at every moment: orders of
materials, from clients, forecasts, delivery notes, ...
- Take care of visitors with an smile even though "is not my day"
- Attend questions and demands from customers promptly and
communicating precisely
- Receive materials delivered to the warehouse if necessary
- Manage the incoming and outgoing mails, record and deliver
them to the correct recipient
- Execute small tasks: small purchases, going to the post office, ...
- Assist the supply chain manager in what may be needed
