The basis of a good interview for a candidate is preparation.
Therefore, we offer a few brief tips on how to prepare for an interview and show yourself in a good light:
Try to arrive at the interview in a positive mood, well rested and on time (preferably 10 minutes before), so plan your trip well.
Choose clothes clean and tidy – we recommend a suit and costume, as well as a hairstyle and make-up.
Find out basic information and news about the company. The best source is the company’s website or brochure.
Get an idea of your professional career, what you expect and what you can offer.
Prepare questions aimed at the company and the position, to express your interest and obtain useful information.
The first impression is the basic factor for success in the interview. In the opening moments of the meeting, think of the smile, posture, firm handshake, eye contact, etc ..
During the interview, mention your greatest achievements from your previous job (even a short-term or part-time job) – it may also be a small thing for which you were awarded by a superior, or colleagues.
References – Have written references or contacts for people from previous jobs ready who can give you recommendations.
Express interest in the position and the company and thank you for the time devoted to your meeting.
